Bio

Joe Romualdi is a retired police officer who served for 35 years, retiring in February 2019. He his entire career serving the people of Ontario in various capacities within the police service. His dedication and commitment to public service are commendable, and his years of experience provided him with a wealth of knowledge and skills in law enforcement. 

 

It seems like Joe Romualdi had an interesting career trajectory in the last 10 years of his service as a police officer. Being mentored by Bob Proctor, a best-selling author, world leader in self-development, and a major contributor in the blockbuster documentary, “The Secret,” provided him with valuable insights and perspectives that he applied to his work in law enforcement and then into entrepreneurship when he retired. 

 

The mentorship with Bob helped Joe develop new skills, enhance his leadership abilities, and even improve his mental and emotional well-being. Integrating self-development practices into his work as a police officer and servant to the people, could have enabled him to better understand himself, communicate effectively with others, and navigate challenging situations with resilience. 

 

After serving as a police officer and learning from renowned personal development expert Bob Proctor, Joe decided to pivot his career and become an entrepreneur in the cleaning industry. Drawing upon his experience in law enforcement, as well as the valuable lessons he gained from Bob Proctor, Joe was able to excel in his new venture. Coincidently, Bob himself started as a cleaner in his first business which quickly turned into a multimillion-dollar corporation. 

 

Joe's background as a police officer equipped him with valuable skills such as attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic. Additionally, his exposure to Bob Proctor's teachings honed his mindset and belief in personal growth and success.
